The Fitzhugh Road corridor venues have big lots, long drives, and no lighting to speak of once the day is done. Naming the venue is not enough on its own at eight in the morning when there are forty cars there and only one of them is yours.
Tell dispatch the venue, roughly where the vehicle sits, the make and colour, and whether you will be there or leaving keys. It turns a hunt into a pickup.
Rideshare drivers and tour operators
If you are working the tasting trail rather than enjoying it, your problems are different: cars blocking you in, guests who cannot find their vehicle, and lots that turn to mud after rain.
